Atlantis 2006 comes to a close

ATLANTA—The 2006 Atlantis Music Conference has come and gone and News of the Cool hosts Travis and Todd are recovering from a busy weekend, watching such acts as The Swear (featuring Elizabeth Elkins, pictured at left), Sleepy Brown
(joined on stage by his father, Jimmy, who wowed the crowd at the Center Stage with his sax and flute), pictured at right, and Streetlight Syndrome (featuring Rockstar: Supernova contestant Chris Pierson, seen below).

The Atlantis Music Conference is under way in Atlanta and Travis and Todd are on the scene. Athens band Beyond Tomorrow played the Hard Rock on Thursday and were interviewed for the next episode, set to go online any day ... stay tuned.
